No Kings 2.0 Protest 10/18/25
At a city near you. If not, register for one and organize! We had the largest protest in the USA back in June. Let’s do it again! As more locations pop up, I’ll get the word out! I’ll see you in Lansing, Michigan.
GlenLore Trails - spooky outdoor, interactive walk
This is an ADORABLE outdoor Halloween activity just on the outskirts of Detroit, Michigan. I visited Glenlore trails in 2024 for my wedding anniversary and loved the interactive spooky walk! It was an incredible time. Pro-tip, spend the extra few bucks on the interactive wand for bit more magic on the trail. Have your phone fully charged, and don’t miss out on the mirror art exhibit with skulls and such!
Great for families. It is pretty dark at open, and not AS busy, if you prefer a smaller crowd, grab your tickets for opening. AND they offer an adults only evening too. Its about an hour long walk if your strolling. And adult night example comes with a live band and tickets available for 10/10 right now.
Opening September 25th, 2025
Located at 3860 Newton Road, Commerce Township, MI 48382.
Awaken Haunt Attraction - Ingham County
One of the few local haunt attractions near Lansing, Mi, Awaken has loads of events throughout the year and celebrity events throughout October. This year they have cast of Annabelle Comes home, and in the past they’ve had actors from Friday the 13th and more classics. While I attended the haunt 2 years ago, performers were walking the line and my husband got to hold pet a snake too.
Hiisssssss.
Zoo Boo Detroit Zoo
Haven’t been to this myself, but seems like a good time on their website. Loads of fun family friendly scares and things to see at the Detroit Zoo Boo.
Jack o Lanterns Unleased - Ingham County Fairgrounds
100s, maybe thousands of carved pumpkins and cool designs. From Ghostface to giant dinosaurs made out of pumpkins, and cows a chickens. This is another strolling, outdoor event with loads of things to see. No interactive wand needed for this. It’s about a 40 minute walk, and can be in a muddy, rainy area, so keep that in mind. Great for a date night or for families to enjoy.
